Indeed it is all true apart from a very minor point. This been that when stoke played villa in Gordon Cowans testimonial Macari had named nello on the bench and would bring him on.

Macari shouted over Nigel gleghorn to let him know he was bringing nello on and that when stoke have a corner the stoke players are to move away from nello and to tell them so and also to tell the villa players too so that everyone knew he was to score a goal.

Everyone that is except tony Kelly and he put nello off and he missed. Therefore they made it in the film showing nello scoring a header.

Edit - That was what Macari said last night so bob on true.
