Quite ironic isn't it
Tell you what fascinates me, how people can build thousands of mosques around the country (and they can claim grants towards) and pray in peace and quite. As well as the rouge ones that promote extremist views and terrorism
I mean, could you imagine building a Christian church in the middle of Pakistan or somewhere similar, it would be burned down and everybody would be slaughtered within hours. It's a good job we are a tolerable country and everybody and anybody can **** on our doorstep
Here's one for thought and I believe should happen. Any mosque that has fuelled or supported extremism should be bulldozed to the ground. That sounds pretty fair to me
If you are in our country, please respect our country and values as we tolerate yours, if not, **** off

Ironic that when brits go abroad they don't respect the values of other countries or the language either. They bring Britain to those countries they live in and don't learn the language, preferring to shout in English instead.
Many many countries have immigrants and do not have the issues we seem to have here. Which makes you think what is the actual problem then? How can other countries have similar levels of immigration and tolerances to ethnic communities yet the issues are much less prevalent?

Can't really include stabbings can you. Got kids stabbing each other every day all over the country. From big cities to small villages. It's not an issue caused by immigrants.
Neither is any of the crimes you mentioned apart from bombings. All those crimes are committed by British people too. Child grooming and abuse in the north where the police failed to do their job, two national treasures being allowed to systematically abuse children using their fame for decades and it to ignored by everyone. Bombings are terrorists, same as the IRA bombings but you never called for an eradication of Irish in this country. Probably the only crime you can say occurs solely due to immigrants. Although plenty of them are British and then radicalised.

Agree. But in certain areas do you think a Christian church would go down well and be tolerated?

What a load of bollox. I would say we are extremely tolerant compared to the Germans for starters!
Why, because it does not make the BBC news?
Edit - I also posted previously about how English people in other country's perceive the locals as foreigners, it is deeply embedded in our genes, hardly going to wipe that out easily are you. Same as it's embedded in all other people form other countries too!

Christianity has been around a long time in every country in the world. Living side by side with all manor of religions for hundreds and in some cases over a thousand years. Persecution has gone on down the years especially in certain countries in the last couple of decades by extremist ideologies. People with extreme views cause conflict over others religion, they are in a minority.

I mentioned Havelock Road in Southall/Ealing the other day. The road has been there for hundreds of years and in 2003 they opened a gurdwara temple the largest outside of India. No problems so far.
But now they want to change the road name because it's offensive, if that's the case why would you build the gurdwara there in the first place? I suggest it was never a problem for 1000's of people who were happy to worship there but someone is trying to put unhelpful ideas into the minds of those people.

Agree. And more so a threat in other areas of the world, which was my point.

That proves my point then doesn't it? We are too tolerable as an authority against it. And by issues I mean level of issues we seem to have here, but then it plays in to media narrative to highlight foreign criminals and not British ones.
It's ironic that people moan about foreigners and then do the exact same thing abroad. It basically means you can't complain about exporting culture to another country however right or wrong you feel it is. When British people go abroad and respect the laws and culture all the time then people can moan about it. IMO anyway

Ironic that when brits go abroad they don't respect the values of other countries or the language either
I think if other countries encourage us to take holidays and spend money in their countries then there's no need to learn a second language but we should behave respectfully. However I think if we go to live abroad it goes without saying to act respectfully and we must make every effort to learn their language.

Yes but it's relatively new is the point. Why? Extreme ideologies hijacking religions to further their cause. The IRA is a case in point. Hijacked a civil rights movement that was campaigning for one person one vote for Catholics. Which was denied to them by the voting system in NI even in 1969. The rest is history. There you go Greeki back to democracy

It's as simple as this for me. This country was founded on Christian values and our society has been built around our values. The values where our forefathers put their lives in the lines to make it what it is today (dare I say that). Respect and abide by our values. If you do not like it then the simple message for me is, **** off!
We are quite a tolerable country where everybody gets a free education and healthcare, a couple of things, like many such as freedom, etc etc what go together to make this country great, the same couple of things everybody wants a piece of and if you want a piece of this then respect the rest of our values and society, it comes as a package, you can't pick and choose, the message is simple again, if you do not like it, **** off somewhere better or somewhere what will tolerate you wishes
I am proud to be British and I am proud of our country. Anybody who lives here should be the same and if you don't like the flavour then go somewhere else, it's simple for me
White British, that's whats on most surveys (used to be Caucasian, mongols and Africans, three main races). In this country that is what the majority of people are and that is what our country and values are built around. If your a minority then you need to accept this, even though we do tolerate a lot of other stuff and offer peoples dreams and wishes. They are a minority. Just the same as I would be if I went to live in Africa. Africa would be the number 1 tickbox, White British probably wouldn't have one
I am sick to the back teeth or people screaming out that this is wrong and that is. Too many hypocrites in this country and society at the moment. We do it our way, and we even let you do it your way but we can only tolerate so much. if you don't like it, **** off

Without our input from tourism they would be flat on theirs arses places like Spain and Greece etc.
I agree though, we should respect there values the same as we expect them to respect ours
Do you go to Spain to have pie and chips spot do you go to experience their culture, each to their own I guess
