By the way, some of my managers are black, and nice people and are good at their jobs. My accountants are Indian, and some jews, my solicitors are south african, and many factory staff are asian, indian, black and eastern european. I, or rather the managers give everybody a chance and the same treatment no matter what colour or race. Yet they cannot get on for any period of tine.
A smaller company we have, is just white people, that's not by choice it's in an area of little or no racial minority.
Another assembly factory is all Pakistanis, never had an issue there either. So there is some merit in the don't mix, and there'll be no problem theory.
I like a bit of honest experience
Similar situations in a couple places I have worked. They set people on to do a job, race does not even get a look in, or does not for me, or I will rephrase that, it does at a couple of company's where I work because they like to show their diversity and they have selected people that I would not based on this (skills and experience) it's skill based and how they present themselves for me. As you mention, break times, groups of Polish, groups of Asians, groups of blacks. Always something going off, always falling out, mainly over pathetic stuff too!
It takes effort from ALL sides and that's why it will never go away sadly

Jesus, not another poor oppressed retired well off Englishman.
Why is it so bloody hard for so many to admit that ethnic minorities of various shades have got the sh1tty end of the stick for years, and if the balance moves a little bit towards equality because of BLM, then that's a good thing?
Indians being racist to blacks, Chinese being racist towards Pakistanis etc etc etc ... guess what ... it's all wrong.
I've no idea what the families of the three people murdered by a nutter at the weekend think, but I'm damn sure there will be no shortage of racist, ignorant 'statue defenders' who will be foaming at the mouth with outrage on their behalf, but who wouldn't have given a toss if they'd been murdered by a white bloke.

We don't know if it's a racist attack or not yet. The press are speculating he has mental issues, no surprise to me. We might find out it is racially motivated. The police have said it is a terror attack so if it is fuelled by say IS would you class that a racially motivated or religious or he is just a plain nut job?

Tell you what is a racist attack... the amount of people who are labelling him as black in order to incite racial hatred.
It's been reported he was on the deradicalisation programme. All signs point to terrorism thus making it a much more complex motivation than race, or religion.
Should probably move it back on topic though,
Let's talk about the 6 black men found hanging by noose in public places in the last week or so, all being put down to suicide with no further investigation even though where they were found they couldn't have done it themselves...along with the noose found in the only black nascar driver's garage. And other nooses hanging in and around predominantly black frequented areas or businesses. Looks like the KKK has arisen in the states.

Corruption isn't the fault of democracy you fool ffs.
Only places of financial interest? Again your determination to portray Britain in a gangster light is very telling. What money was there in the Balkans in the 90's, Serria Leone in the 90's, the Falklands in the 80's etc? All cost British lives.
It's Britain's place because of the benefits of democracy I've explained to you countless times. Why do you dislike the benefits but the countries we've exported democracy to keep it? Think for a while before responding this time and do yourself a favour

Lost me there. Is there not an element of racist hate with IS and our western civilisation and white people?
He was on the M15 watch list so hardly somebody who is just mentally ill!

Nutter first and foremost I'd imagine. But obvs I know nothing about it apart from what I've read. I'd very much doubt it was a racial 'anti-white' attack though.
Edit: I'm sure IS have killed more Muslims than any other religious group.

Falklands was to do with exporting democracy was it? Jesus Christ
And I need to think
Yes I know corruption isn't the fault of democracy. It is the fault of those that that are installed in it. But surely if you export democracy you ensure it runs properly otherwise more issues occur and you haven't really made a benefit overall have you.
I'm not quite sure how your brain is wired up...but it's clearly wrong as you can't understand anything remotely obvious can you. When did I say I don't like democracy??
I'm still failing to see why you think that Britain is the worlds saviour. As you said yourself they have FORCED by NATO to go in to Afghanistan, so they didn't want to re-establish democracy there off their own backs. Neither did they in Iraq or even Libya. Just closely following the US as allies that owe them big time for WW2.
Democracy benefits EVERY country in the world. So why do you think it's Britain's job and no one else's?
Still awaiting an answer as to why Britain hasn't and won't go and install democracy to China, North Korea, Cuba, Saudi, Qatar, Jordan, Vietnam, UAE, etc.

yeah - I wonder
perhaps because a more balanced society doesn't appeal so much to some? or maybe just plain denial? ignorance? the luxury of not having to give a sh*t?
answers on a postcard ...
Saw this today - not entirely a surprise is it?

Balanced society sounds good to me. I think we have to look at where we are though too. I believe we are a long way ahead of the USA where all this stemmed from. They have a massive, what I would call crisis to deal with, there simply are not enough jobs for starters to give everybody the American dream

A people's right to choose who governs them is not part of democracy then? Dear oh dear. Do you think the people of The Falklands would have been given that right to choose under an Argentinian military junta
Like you've said you fail to see alot. The rest will follow eventually or we'll follow them, it's inevitable. That's the long game of ideologies....

Went to reclaim the land deemed British under sovereignty. Not to export democracy. Don't be obtuse.
Honestly so far up yourself you can't answer my question which clearly makes you look like a 🤡🤡

Went to reinstate democracy in the islands.
You're flapping around in turmoil so much I've no idea which one of your daft questions and in what context you'd like an answer

We've got a balanced society already - the extreme left balancing out the extreme right.
A more moderate one might be nice
