I'll repeat, trying to tell people someone that isn't in power, wouldn't have done a worse job if they made it in to power means absolutely F all to anyone or to any discussion. It's a moot point. A hypothetical situation with an outcome which you have based off your personal feelings and declared as an indisputable fact

In fact, last time my elderly mother was here she ended up getting 40k worth of treatment in the local hospital. A joint replacement that, according to the orthopedic consultant who saw her when she returned to the UK, was better quality than she would have been given on the NHS.

That's intersting. My sister went to live in Spain around 10 years ago, didn't like it here, better lifestyle over there. Bought a massive Villa the lot, still comes.over here for the Dentists, healthcare, banking and other things which I always tell her is double standards
