Can anyone point me in the direction of swims 1-6 of Ru's Herons Swim Guide. I can only seem to find swims 7 to the end over a couple of different posts, but not 1-6.
Thanks

Attila is a cracking lake, mainline bait and particles work pretty well on there as that's what most people are putting in but tbh any decent freezer bait will work. I took a bait from a local company and had plenty out.
As for swim choice it's best to have a look around try and locate the fish 1st I was in peg 2 but most swims were also producing as well, there's a lot of hungry fish in there.

Thanks iggy,
How much did u put in at the start of did u just go little and often ?
Also did u fish on the deck or pop ups for quick bites ? I have a week on there so I have time to build a swim ! The bait I was planning to take was a squid / krill fish meal boilie with massive leakage will this be ok ? Of is it just worth taking cell?

Afternoon all!
Just thought I'd drop you a quick message to let you know I'm going to be working for Abbey again and as of now, shall be responsible for the running of their social media/marketing and in the near future, the construction of a brand-new website. Unfortunately for me, the role is based in the UK this time around but I'm hoping to get across the channel on a little and often basis to build a fresh image portfolio.... and have a dangle too, obviously!
On that note, Seb and I have been looking at some set dates where I can best capture the seasonal mood of the complex with film/video and we're going to fix some dates for the coming Spring (May), Summer (July), Autumn (September) and Winter (November) to do this. I will be at the fishery for a full 7 days for these times and was wondering whether there'd be any interest from you guys in booking a guided-week with me, instead of just turning up and fending for yourselves?
We've not settled on a format as yet but essentially I'd be spending a couple of hours a day with each of you to try and ensure you're fishing not necessarily to the best of your ability but to suit the particular water you're on! I will also help you make the most of the swim you're in, with tips on feature-finding, baiting strategies and rigs. For those that are interested, I may even throw in a little camera tuition to help you get the best trophy shot(s) and/or scenics too...?
I will also be taking some short trips across throughout the warmer months and again in the depths of winter, so for those of you that can't make the set-dates, there may be other opportunities throughout the year, albeit with virtually zero notice, as they'll be based around my new job in the UK!
I hope the new year finds you all well anyway, I look forward to (some hopefully positive) feedback on the above and chatting with a few friendly faces and/or names through the course of the coming year....
Kind regards, Ru
