Important thing first 48hrs of ...... blanking

You know it was a left leaning board and i have no problem with that, it will be removed in the right way

Top trumps time my wife sends money to an orphanage sponsored through her church and refuses to give money to the actual church until the CofE start to spend some of their immense wealth.

This whole situation has highlighted to society the perceived or real walls to a better life. But before this it was dare I say political activists that were pursuing courses of action to remove these inanimate objects which had no resonance with the general public who basically couldn't care less as it did not impact on their lives. I include all sections, race, colour and creed in this.

I must of misunderstood I didn't know it was a one off with regards to the football shirts. Apologies

Big businesses are now apologising and so they should, but i feel this is purely because of profits as opposed to a new found enlightening, they have had years to apologise for this.

How's your sister?
You take care

🤣 keep the faith and they'll bite eventually ....

Your wife has a good point. I know my local C of E church run a year round food bank scheme for the local community, but the organisation itself is sitting on a lot of wealth that could be shared. They could probably afford to paint an aeroplane too....

Not just political activists asking for the statues to be removed. But if it has taken this moment in history for the powers that be to make change then so be it.

Same with big business. You're right in that they've had years to sort out their in house inequalities and should have done it already. If they're doing it now - for financial rather than moral reasons - then at least it's getting done.

Yeah the football shirt thing is for each team for the first match back after lockdown. Doesn't hurt anyone and saves David Luiz the embarrassment of having his own name on his back

Sis is all good thanks. Still underpaid and undervalued by Boris and co. But we're in a time of change so who knows eh?

My understanding is that it's each team for one game. Their first match back after lockdown.

Actually we are probably saying the same thing Ralph. One game each - 12 games in that first round of matches?

Edit. Dominic Raab. .... utter c**k .... and he's getting paid to make decisions on our behalf...

More like it's a case of the MSM thinking......another day in France and the French are protesting, no new news to report there then

Spanks not a direct reply to you but your reply button was nearest and I couldn't be bothered to scroll up soz

For those that do FaceBook or if someone can paste a link from the Metropolitan Police Service there is a load of photos from both weekends of riots. The outrage on here should be replicated by outing those ****s who think its Ok to break social distancing during a pandemic and just go for the fun of fighting police and desecrating the Cenotaph.

don't do facebook but I can imagine.

as said - the idiots will always exploit these situations. If they can find them then they should ALL faces fines etc.

is 14 days the going rate for desecrating a statue? or is that for peeing in public? (genuinely asking here as I've never been charged with either and was wondering if it's a 'fixed penalty' or down to court discretion)

So MSM aren't saying much in case we copy the French unrest, or maybe they just want us to believe we are the only ones with a problem.
Whatever the reason MSM are manipulating

The judge understood he didn't deliberately deface a monument so gave him 14 days for peeing in public.
I don't think there is a set sentence but that's what he was given to keep most people happy
