We've got them next week let's hope their fire is dampened by then.

Scousers
Keeper again, WTF
Edit - What a finish by Barnes, cracker
Beaten at their own game, superb the foxes on the break

3 losses on the trot that's the sort of form you'd expect from the Arse
They can take our place in the Europa next season

and another injury? Milner out early doors...
It's not very pleasant to watch at the moment. Was a decent game and Liverpool looked more likely winners before the VAR overrule. Then it was all a bit Devon Loch...
Looking like we might have to win the Champions League to qualify for it next season... Luckily we know how to do that unlike the rest of you...

Nah you're going to be a one season wonder and win the PL like Leicester did.

The same Leicester that look most likely to challenge City this year?
Maddison and Barnes playing some brilliant football this season, and if it can't be us for the title, then I'd be happy for Brendan. Tall order though - City look like they'll just pull away. And they'll be out of Europe soon if previous experience is anything to go by, so they'll have midweek free too

Yet another feeble penalty against us,

Don't worry jimmer. You'll score 3 in seven minutes to turn the game on its head....

****. They will run away with it now
I don't think JM is happy, changing the team all the time, can't be happy, needs to spend. He is a good manager with a track record, like him or not, he can get teams up there £
And I have to say, what a player he is Gundogan, world class!

He's playing to the teams weaknesses rather than strengths. 70 odd minutes in and Harry kane still waiting for his 1st touch in the city box. . .
Anti football spoiler tactics. Spuds fans must be fed up. Imagine someone like gazza in José's team. Sitting on the bench watching Eric dier ffs....
As much as I might take the Mickey here, I've always liked spurs football. .. until lately that is

Guess that's the difference, tell me when the spuds were good?
Potty, agree but he had peaked
Jose is one of the most successful managers of the modern era. He's good
He needs to shift the dead wood and for me that's all that Potty got wrong?
Above the stadium it's says Tottenham Hotspur. It doesnt say Deli ****ing Ali or any other ****, that's a fact

Well... we're agreed on dele alli.
But not on mourinho. His style was effective at previous clubs. But having more money to spend doesn't make you a good manager. If he was, he'd have done a better job at Man Utd. And he'd be doing a better job at spurs too. Neither club has told him he can't have any money...
It's less than 2 years ago that pochettino got the bulk of this spurs team to the champions league final (who was it that won that day.... it escapes me for the moment....) . And that was playing exciting, forward thinking football. You could argue that was poch peaking - but what is Jose's peak at spurs going to be? Beaten league cup finalists, 8th in the league and a big bill from Real Madrid for Gareth Bale's new track suits cause he's worn the arse out of them sitting on the bench.
Look at bielsa at Leeds. The fans and players love him. They might not scrape a load of 1-0 wins (which isn't even working for Jose lately) but when they lose they do so with a bit of style and excitement. We beat them 4-3 on the opening day and it was a cracking game. And their attacking style means they'll win some too.
It's why I'm happy for city to win the league if we can't. Because the football is so good - and that's down to the manager as much as anything. Pep wants to win, Jose tries to not lose. It's that simple for me.
Right, I'm taking my jimmy hill false chin off now.
And wrestling with the dilemma of wanting allardyce to get a win today....

Good post Jimmy Hill, it's surprising what you can do once you've come out from the back of the settee
