same story as when we were made to play them in the league cup when the first team was away winning the World club cup but reversed
the young villa lads did well and you can't help but be pleased for young Barry who got his goal - and fabinho's shirt
as for the possession / one way traffic - just like playing against Spurs really....

Not quite the same story, all your players were fit and well and it was up to you who played in what game.
Not worth arguing about though, enjoy your revenge.
So why were Fulham allowed to postpone their games, couldn't they have been forced to get some kids in?

tbh I didn't see it as revenge - i don't waste my positive energy on such trivial things. (we'll sort them out in the league match though...)
I think the rules might be different because it's the FA cup and not the Premier League. not sure though.
I know Mourinho has already started moaning about the villa / spurs game being postponed - even though it hasn't been yet. funny him saying about how seriously and professionally they are handling covid guidance after his players antics over Christmas....

FA state that as long as their are 14 fit players then the game should go ahead, so Yes why were Fulham allowed to get the game cancelled, JM wants an answer and he don't get one
