Just had a read and it seems he's run off to Spain after a fictional attack on his million pound home.

Obviously he's learned Spanish before moving there as he's a big advocate of being able to speak the language of the country where you live....

As my Nanna would say, good riddance to bad rubbish.

So today is international friendship day Which is a bit hippy even by my standards.

However, it's a good reminder to contact a mate and catch up

That's good news

Things seem quiet here on the Covid front ... people careful but doing more and more.

Where abouts in Italy?

Had a ridiculous invasion of flies over the past few days... big ugly black things hanging out in my kitchen. no social distancing and definitely not part of my 'bubble' .....

Have had the 'cupboard under the sink' all pulled out and disinfected. thrown away old stuff that was there from 1972. Same behind the washing machine.

now - there are literally 'no flies on me'

sometimes it the little victories that make you smile

How do you stop maggots in food recycling bins, the obvious answer is stop the flies getting in there to lay eggs but I only open the lid just long enough to put food in

The positive part of this is I recycle

God she's enough to make me buy a Chelsea tractor and leave the engine running outside a school, fly around the world endlessly just for the sake of it.
I might even put a few cans in the general waste
