Hi mate,

It's possible to double up in pegs 1, 5, 6 and 9/10.. It's probably possible to get 3 in 5, 6 and 9/10

Depending on what you're after, a fishy boilie works best. Current faves are Mainline's Mk1 or Activ8 but people have done really well on a number of different high quality fishmeals this year as well as on the Cell.

It does get very weedy but at that time of year, the weed will hopefully only just be starting to push through, so look for any areas between 12-20' in depth and you should find Carp present, any deeper and you may struggle, any shallower and you may stumble across a few rather large Catfish that are starting to wake up after resting over the Winter period!!

I should know better than anyone about the perils of basing your hopes around something that happened last week, month, year or worse but as a guideline of it's potential, Max Cottis has stayed on after the ECAC match and having kidnapped my current swim off me (5) he's had 5x20s, 2x30s, 5x40s and a 51 since thursday afternoon

Only time will tell as to just how much the stock've grown on since they were introduced but I've put in a lot of time on there this season and it's definitely got the makings of a water to rival anything else we have here

(PS Shhhh)

That's a cracking session.

Just booked for my first ever trip to Abbey next Sept. Been after a trip here for ages but been too busy on other waters in France to make it possible. Looking very much forward to it.

Thanks Ru for the info btw
