Its not just AD that raise their prices in advance of a Sale ,
In a lot of instances the e 20 % off often still leave the product around the same price as anywhere else on line .
Example but cant remember the figures now , looking to buy a Fox R series bivvy , thought id wait for the sale to get a good discount , turns out it was marginally more expensive with discount .
So the moral here is just because someone offers discount do your home work and see if it I a good deal .
As they say No deal is better than a Bad deal

It's excellent, no problems after 3 years of owning

Any ideas who has the best deal at the moment? Finding them around £45? Is that the sort of price I should be paying?

I had one for 6 to 7 years and eventually it clogged up with soot. I managed to get it clear but only temporarily problem soon returned. I have bought another one so I obviously rate them but I have also just bought a slightly smaller stove from Angling Direct. It has a preheater same as the T4 and was slightly cheaper and is UK stock. Time will tell if it's any good.

Ali express
I don't like supporting the Chinese directly but everything comes from there anyway so we don't have a lot of choice

Will it take 6 weeks to arrive? My missus uses it and things take forever to turn up!

You can get them on amazon for £28, with prime too.
Brought one last year after a recommendation from here, great stove and well worth a purchase

LINK
Ignore the fact it doesn't say 'Bulin' many companies sell them with their own logo on, like Trakker for example

The bulin is a cheap knockoff of an optimus stove, I'd like to see someone try to do a cheaper knockoff
It works well year round, is fairly easy to strip and clean but my one gets through gas in no time and is pretty unstable, mine likes to fold itself up if I'm not very careful. I wouldn't recommend it for that reason
