If you haven't spooled it yet I would honestly try and swap it for the 15lb. Specially if you dropped £40 on it! The 12lb only lasted a couple of sessions before I took it off and went back to the 15.

Cant get the 15 anywhere which is why i bought the 12. Might be able to cancel it. I didnt think there would be much difference.

I had the 12 on my big pits for a while, only changed when the venue I was on got weedy, it was fine as far as I can remember

I used the 12lb version for 3 seasons and absolutely no issues. Only changed to Syncro XT as like you couldn't get CM90 any longer and new water was 15lb minimum BS

Yep, discontinued, such a shame for a very good product, didn't even buy a spool myself it was already out of stock when i started carp fishing
And even if you find a spool on an curse online shop, I wouldnt buy it cause you dont know about storage condition during many years🙁

oh dear what a disaster, CM90 was my go to line it was the BEST!
anyway, done some digging and on a FB group someone says: You can still get cm90 it’s just been repackaged under a different brand that owns JRC /prologic.
YOU can get this:
Prologic Inspire CM90 1000m 0.38mm 11kg 24LB Frost Green
only thing is - is it the same made by berkley?

I liked a lot about CM90. Only thing I couldn’t get on with, and if you care about what a line looks like to a human eye in water, it stuck out so much it pretty much glowed green.
I always preferred brown Touchdown. Equally strong, equally heavy but was much more discreet (to my human eyes!)
