What's the score with this 'pingdemic'?
Surely the self employed or those on zero hours contracts deleted the app months ago to avoid being told to stay at home and earn nothing. Is it just full time staff who don't like their jobs much who still have it, or do some employers ask their staff to use it even if it means they might be off work?
I can understand shop staff and others getting pinged, but lorry drivers? Surely they are one of the least likely to get pinged seeing as they spend most of the day sat in a cab by themselves.

Most self employed people I know, including myself, never had the app in the first place.
It's all completely pointless as we are so far beyond chasing individuals

Im not sure i know anyone who has the app. Even my mum deleted it within the first day.
Loads must have it still as over 600k pinged last week..........Most i imagine see it as 10 extra days holiday and the rest are scared to death by Covid so still keep it after 2 Jabs, staying in and wearing masks....... 
read a report that they think upto 90% of the UK population now has antibodies and herd immunity is now basically reached yet the government is still trying its hardest to get kids vaccinated which i find very concerning and a little strange!!!

Did you have a smile on you're face about the article in the same paper about the young girl on Bournemouth beach raped by a Pakistani? (I didn't think you believed anything in that rag?)
I only ask as you do like to to lean to certain stories and courses, no need to reply I'm only here for balance.
The point being you can post what you want anyone can but denial aint a river in Egypt.
