To be fair we (taxpayers) have been paying millions of people to stay off work and provided Az jab at cost.
Not sure we are in a position to give or be judged on reducing what's given.

That's a fair comment.
I know Mal being Mal would give his last penny to someone who told him he needed it without hesitancy , but sometimes you need time to take a step back and give it some thought.

Nah you're OK. It's end of term and you've had a tough year having to deal with covid, lockdown and a bunch of nut bars on here...
I think it's appalling. The initial figure of 0.7 per cent was both a manifesto pledge and agreed as international standards. The overall figure in terms of money would have been less already as that's how percentages work. Now it's a smaller percentage of a smaller start point so it's a double blow.
When charities are already having to cancel operations and aid efforts as a result then it's simple for me. People in the greatest need will suffer and die.
But at least we have a nice new yacht and private plane and shiny railway that nobody wants eh?

Even @ 0.5% we're still 2nd highest contributor in the G7 & as the left keep telling us we no longer have a Empire to look after ergo it's not down to the British taxpayer to fund the Kenyan Spice girls or to teach Chinese farmers how to grow rice !! Bravo Richi 👍
PS of course you could always donate to your chosen charities I'd stay away from oxfam tho they seem to have a proclivity for raping children 😉
