That's great......, so we're on essential travel in the uk and in France there's a 100km travel restriction limit and your p&o crossing been rescheduled to a date you still are not going to be able to use...BRILLIANT.

Laughable isn't it? Booked it through Ferrysavers and a have requested a voucher twice so that I can rebook for September and this is the first response I have received. I will ring them today to find out what they intend to do.

2 hours sat on-line and still waiting to talk to a customer services rep. This could take a while. I have been given a credit note but you cannot use it on-line and have to go through customer services. Tried phoning as well but recorded message tells you to do everything via website.

Not really confident that the rescheduled trip in September will go ahead to be honest.
