Ah fellas - you've made an old man happy this evening...
Magoo - top story. Wish I'd been there. The man is a legend
Scozza - Since You Been Gone was the first riff I learned on guitar. Classic Rock
Run to The Hills is the birth of Maiden for many of us fans. Bruce was the final piece of the jigsaw. And - the first proper drum sequence I learned too!
Saxon weren't one of my favourites tbh but you've found their best track so good on you. As for Biff... I guess your mate knows best eh?
Goose - can't condone the recreational smokes, but that's one soulful dude...
the way my mind has been this evening, this one comes to mind... nice to know we are valued by those in power eh?

Good stuff Goose better than the crap Scoz and Mal have been coming up with in the last few posts with all the Saxon, Rainbow stuff
What would Morrisey think of it?
I bet he'd likes this

Fair point
for me - that's the 2 best Smiths tracks -good choice.
bono / U2 are responsible for my all time favourite song. It's in my will to be played at my funeral.
(Only 'Purple Rain' comes close.)
for me, the best song ever written and if this is the last thing I hear before i go to the great gig in the sky, I'll arrive with a smile on my face.

It's ok I suppose
I haven't even thought about a funeral song but I may consider
THIS
Love the guitar 3:15 minutes onwards, that backwards effect must be the work of Tony Visconti who is a genius
