I know on J2 Sue is trying to move everyone to dates in this year so i imagine she will be doing the same for J1. They arent very keen to move people to dates in 2021 at the moment.

A friend of mine should have been at bluewater this week
His party were offered a date in 2022 as lake fully booked until then, which he declined as he booked 2 and a half years ago. Full refund given. The question is, if they are doing this, why can't others?

I'm only visiting a small fishery, due on 6th June, so while we are still hoping it will go ahead, I think realistically we've resigned ourselves to the fact that we won't be going.
Have spoken to the lake owner who has offered us a date for next year which has been pencilled in "just in case".

Euro tunnel extended my frequent traveler for a year which I thought was pretty decent, should give me chance to get some trips in. Got trips to LDB and ribiere in august/ October.
Abbey have given me a 50% refund and then another 50% in September to help their cashflow. Difficult times, I'm happy enough with that if it keeps them going.

Well I'm proper in limbo at the moment, I was due out to angling lines blue lake on 16th of May, I'd accepted it weren't going to happen so waited on angling lines to contact us, so they gave us a choice of dates all for July and August but to lepinet instead, the only date we could all do was the 11th of July so we chose that thinking that was it but they then told us they hadn't cancelled our original booking so if restrictions are lifted before then we'd have to go and now macron is talking about lifting the travel ban on the 11th I havnt a clue whats going to happen, we could be left with a few days to get all our stuff ready.

Been told today by a french lake owner that macron will.lift lockdown on 11th may but this dosnt confirm if social gathering or events will be allowed
Also seen article from oliver Downton culture secretary that fishing and golf could be the first sports allowed after reduced lockdown due to the sports being able to social distance

Fishing in Belgium allowed again from may 4th onwards.
There's light at the end of the tunnel.

How did you find out about the Frequent traveller account being extended for a year?? Someone on here said they had been given 3 months extension, I`ve heard nothing from them.

Re the frequent traveler. I called them and was told to email using the 'contact us' form on the website. Took about a week for them to get back to me.
