You said a follower, part of the crowd. So it's not actually their own personal media outlet, it's what THEY consider a trustworthy source. The same as you believe yours to be.

Not sure what else to call the person in question. They follow/believe in qanon and started their own media channel because media is untrustworthy. But expects everyone to believe their media stories to be 100% truth..
