I don't really understand this post greekski.
These idiots believe their information sources in the same way you believe yours.
It's the year 2021 and we have just seen another US president take up residence in possibly the most powerful position on the planet, who believes god made said planet in 7 days. Being the biggest selling book of all time it goes to show that if enough people with a susceptibility to bull**** read your bull****, you could be onto a winner.
On the other active topic. Leading a country through an epidemic or simply everyday life is a bit like the red X closing motorway lanes, it's a warning of danger ahead that some of us plebs will heed and fall into line. The others will soldier on at 85mph in the closed lanes irrespective of there being possible fatalities or dangers ahead, simply because of greed and a lack of respect for authority/their fellow man.
What happens? They get to the front of the queue first and prolong the journey for everybody else.
Are the government often useless... yes
Are imported covid cases down to them... yes
Is transmission of covid in the community down to them.... no
Is it down to those with a disregard for others and healthcare setting mistakes... yes
Will people find fault in every step of the route out of this ****... of course

No they don't, because I don't denounce every form of MSM and then start my own up and say that it's the truth? I read a variety of media outlets and research facts before making my own conclusions and forming my opinions (you know, the way it's supposed to be done). I don't blindly follow anything unlike some.

You are assuming that what information you have available to you on which to base your opinions is factual.
That's not to suggest it isn't, but you have previously disregarded stories printed in the mail (as an example) purely because of the source when they could be completely accurate but no doubt reported on from a differing perspective than your own.
Everybody likes to claim to have an open mind and political/journalistic impartiality, but we are often products of our environments and upbringings. Just saying it's unfair to suggest that a lack of intelligence is to blame for extreme views, certainly a controversial example, but Hitler was an intelligent man... unfortunately though, nuts!
I'm not sure why you need to drop in that some blindly follow either, it's becoming a recurring comment from some. What other choice do we have? Because nobody on here is either better qualified nor in higher demand than current members of parliament (of any party) as much as they would like to think they are.

So to summarise, the mail is not to be trusted and those who interpret the ‘facts' differently to you is a moron.
Opposition is there to hold government to account in parliament but given the democracy in which we live, the public are accountable for the party in power for a set term and sadly have to stomach whatever **** the majority have voted for, within reason.
So how do you plan to make a stand against contracts for the boys? Facebook comment then into submission or tie yourself naked to the Houses of Parliament?
