VE day - a chance to say thankyou for those who risked and lost their lives for the sake of others. Very relevant today.
Britain's Greatest Generation.
Forget all that crap about boomers, millennials and the alphabet soup of the generations. Watch the BBC series and give thanks for the generation that saved the world.

Positive news from BBC and other news outlets that some newspapers may stop because people are t thing them and lack of advertising. In fortunately they may keep an online presence but will people pay for thatT, I won't 😡 sorry for job losses though!

had a walk out this morning and noticed loads of things - this staying alert is good stuff....
In some personal good news, spoke to my sister earlier and she's feeling a bit better for the second day in succession so here's hoping she's on the up.
Thanks again to all who have asked after her - like I said yesterday, some good people out there

Thats good news, but warn her about to much to soon, she will still have some down days but not as bad as it was
but positive attitude can work wonders and some sun
Update from cousins dad he has just done his first outdoor walk since coming out of hospital and asked him if he can meet him at a local canal for a catch up and do some fishing
