I am now in a flat with a very small terrace and getting back into some fishing.
Any tips on storage for all the bulky smelly stuff and drying wet nets etc
most of it I will have to try and securely keep outside.

Blue clip top air tight barrels, various sizes (some smaller than shown), tart up to look as unobtrusive as you wish. Often available for free from local Indian Restaurants, Mango Chutney etc comes in them 👍
Edit, Drying wet nets, maiden, clothes rail, retractable washing line (depending if anything to anchor it to), drape over barrels!

The "blue barells" like in the picture I buy from a Pet food, Equestrian place and they are only cheap and I store mainly my bait making and particles etc in outside.
The only thing I found to watch is, I have had a lid split once, and when it did, I discovered the barrell was almost full of water and everything in it ruined.
Also I use those plastic storage boxs you get from the likes of wickes, ideal for storing the likes of Barrows and gas bottles etc

Im in the same situation. 1 bed flat with no external areas. Nets etc i just chuck in the shower, rinse off and hang above to dry. Not ideal but its the only way and better than not fishing. They onky really smell when they are wet and dont take long to dry. Thrn they go in stink bags.

There used to be a guy who did that on one of my clubs lakes. He only went home, once a week to get provisions and have a bath and change of clothes. Club now has a maximum stay of 72 hours and minimum 24 hours off of all waters. Still doesn't stop people just changing the guard, and stitching up swims for weeks on end. Usually locals who can pop home quickly.

I am in a one bedroom flat but consider myself super lucky as I have a walk in cupboard that is 4 ft by 12ft..plenty of room. I have shelving floor to ceiling and clips and hooks to hang rods, banksticks etc. I even have a small freezer in there for bait😀. Although the barrow does fit in, I keep it in the back of the car most of the year, along with a chair, boots, jackets etc.
Stinky stuff I have hung out the window before but the carpark is secluded and I just drape mats, slings, nets over various bushes to dry, I have hung wet stuff over my car to dry out too....the neighbours all know when I have had a successful trip due to the camo ornaments everywhere🎣.
You can make space everywhere with a bit of organisation...bed-chair under the bed etc.
