Hi , anyone found an easy way to remove the braid loop from the boom , its such a tiny knot and with my failing eyes i struggle to change the loop

You could try tying a smaller, very small loop into the bottom of the loop. Same as when using a loop attachment on a spod rod, but on a much smaller scale.

I'm in a similar situation but refuse to wear glasses yet......

Easiest way I have found when using them is to cut the braid as close as possible to the boom section and almost roll it between your fingers and it comes lose quite quickly.....

The loop should be looped back through the boom loop so theres no knot . Should be able to pull apart with a needle or better two needles??
