Bit of an odd question but I am looking to make up a significant amount of stick mix for my coming sessions.

I could just mix in my hook glug to my finely ground boilies, micro pellet and ground bread but i am wanting to eek out the hook glug by watering it down.

If i mix in watered down hook glug to the point where the mix is just ever so slightly damp so it just begin to bind, will this still melt PVA Mesh?

Many thanks,

Daniel

Probably, yes. You could try some oil - which won't melt the PVA - though not ideal in cold water....

Stick a load of salt in the water, that'll help.

Try wetting it (only slightly damp) with fish sauce and a bit of hydro, it has a high salt content.

If it's a stick mix then just buy a bagless wonder from carp tart and you can do away with the pva altogether.

About 4 pva stocking tubes and it's paid for itself
I grind up boilies and put them in it so it works in more ways than one.

Rather than watering down your liquid, add something else to it to make it go further . Loads of stuff you can use, oils, fish sauce, chilli sauce, things like that. Dead cheap and add attraction rather than detract from it like water will
Are you sure?
