I would like to start using casters on my lake but am not allowed to use plastic baits which rules out a "Terry Hearn" type caster rig. How would you guys recommend fishing them, bearing in mind that i will still need to cast them out. Could I just superglue some together on the back of a piece of rig foam / cork?
Many thanks.

You could just superglue them onto the cork Medusa style,.
at least there will be some proper attraction in the water
Or just go to the lengths of whittling down cork to match lol

Enterprise do a biodegradable caster bait band. Floss a few together to make a little caster cluster.

Glue them to a pop up or wafter. More attraction and rule friendly. Watch out for small fish smashing them though!

Casters go on to maggot clips just fine. You may break a few older ones but I don't think you'll find it problematic in any way.
I'm pretty sure it's fox ones i use, but for casters I prefer the ones that are narrow, more safety pin shaped to the circular ones.
