Hi all, just moved on to 30lb RM descend braid. Wondering what tubing people are using. Have managed, just about, to get it through my current tungsten tubing with some 10lb nylon looped on itself as a guide but seeing if any other tubing has been found to be better for threading. Thanks.

Pretty much any tubing will work with your method Andy. At home, I thread several sections of tubing with a folded over length of 3 of 4lb line, and the put float stops either end to stop it falling out. Then when I need to thread it on, I remove the float stop by the folded end of mono which gives you a loop. Thread you braid through the loop (make it longer than the length of tube) and then pull it through. Easy to do, no more faffing around for half an hour trying to thread tube in the middle of the night.
