Yes.....great method.

I use pellet waggler aswell when fishing for smaller carp in match lakes....imho the best method for catching carp.

Yep. Small method feeder in the margin works really well. Using it for a few hours will create a great spot for a bottom bait. My favourite tactic on an overnighter.

I used to mould Method groundbait around my lead on Ardleigh Reservoir. If you Google Ardleigh fishing you might find a few of the fish I caught.

It's a very good tactic over spodded Vitalin.

Yes. The flat bottom of a light method feeder helps to reduce sinking in silt I think: I have measured it with white wool. Fishing the margins by dropping or a gentle underarm flick helps too. It may take a few more casts for the ground bait to do its job in silt rather than hard bottom but the effect is the same.
