Good evening

I am currently using 15lb 0.1mm Daiwa x8 Grand braid line with a 8lb 0.26mm Daiwa Clear Monofil shock leader. Had no problems throwing feeders up to 80 grams, no tangles or quiver tip breaks too.

I am thinking to make a setup more subtle and buying 11lb 0.06mm Daiwa braid line and attaching a 9.9lb 0.23mm Daiwa Tournament SF shock leader.

According to Daiwa, Tournament SF has a higher breaking strain than most other mono lines. But I am not sure if the 0.23mm line will work. Abrasion is something to consider I think.

What do you think? Maybe I should use 0.26 or even 0.3 shock leader?

I would like to use a thinner line for smaller knots and better casting. I usually catch fish up to 3-4lb.

Thanks in advance for your opinion.
