anyone here used korda boom as a leader? was thinking of using it for running stiff hinges down to a helisafe.. i use flourocarbon mainline and dont like using it naked

It's way, way too stiff to use as leader imo bud.

Wouldn't use it as a leader it's mega stiff. Why not flouro straight through?.

well i'd never seen it the flesh so didnt know how supple the 25lb would be.. it states that its a flourocarbon but i'd not known how stiff it actually is.

i used to use flouro straight through but i kept getting nicks in the line (either from weed or the lake bed?)and i'd actually had it part on one occasion. ive used amnesia as a rubbing leader before which is good but as carp anglers we all try to find better
