bought back memories of modding the Heron bite alarms with platinum GPO relay contacts and then later
driving to Henry's electronics shop in Edgware road I had a guy in there weighed up that used to give me a carrier bag of circuit boards leds etc for peanuts and I use to mod the optonics when they came out with extension boxes etc I was always interested in electronics later passing my radio ham licence great times and memories with my brother in law Terry
we were a great team and I do miss those days it was a lifetime ago

Just a heads-up that the latest one (Clive Williams) is great. Defo the best since Rich Stewart started doing them imo. He covers the early bent-hook/Longfield stuff and loads about Savay including the tragic Keith Selleck/Clive Rigsby incident (RIP). A really good listen.

Yeah was a very good watch. Reminds me to put a sock in my mouth the next time i want to say something not so positive about mister fairbrass. What a legend, he's really putting a lot back into fishing and everything connected with it. Like a bosssssh:P

Cant beat one of the old school anglers I can sit and listen to them all day, these are the podcasts I enjoy I met Clive once in France a really nice fella to chat to.
