No, I've no idea how to do links but the SP-C is the one with the aluminium folding hinges like the trakker levelites.

NOT interested in that one at all mate ?
if you look on the link I posted you WILL see it states its 50cm high !
but as Solar cant be relied on to post accurate dimensions I am trying to find out from an ACTUAL owner that can measure it
and Zinno (Jimmy ) has very helpfully said below he can help me out with that

Johnson Ross Tackle want £26.50 carriage to return it if it not 50cm high
but Total Tackle want £15 to collect it if we dont want it ( TFT collected the Trakker we bought )

Prologic inspire 6 leg has arrived
Not worth spending a lot of time on this bedchair, not a match at all for the Solar Ch08, legs full extended from bottom to top matrass = 42cm, legs are also not very strong and no spring lock design...
Tomorrow i will have the Solar CH08.

I ruled that out as its memory foam Tom
I would never have anything memory foam ever again it does not breath so you sweat like a rapist in the summer and in the winter it gets cols and shrinks and goes hard

yes I think it will still get wet due to condensation because of the total lack of breathability of the memory foam
anyway as I said ordering the £199 Solar tomorrow for him
getting it delivered here so will have chance to check it out and provided its firm and 50cm high I will also buy one and sell my Compact and my mint Trakker ELS

Let us all know how the Solar Ch08 fairs, would be interested in a taller than normal bedchair if it ends up being good quality 👍

Already did a few nights on another CH08 found the matress better then the one off the Sp-c-tech (sp felt harder) but i preff a high density foam matrass
This Solar CH08 is for my cousin, I'll stick with my Trakker oval levelite tall I just gain way too much space in my bivvy with it + i have Psoriasis arthritis a foam mattress is much better for me.
Build quality of the Solar CH08 is very good, there are bedchairs that are more expensive and less sturdy (Duralite, Avid) and legs that do not collapse is also a plus, if you like the matrass then you have a top bed with the CH08 for a nice price

Well I know its not Johnson Ross fault at all
they use Fedex for the delivery they are the monkeys !
and the tracking on Fedex site said said delivery Tuesday 1.2.22 before 6.00pm but it never arrived ??
so checked it simply said delayed
weds still no update on Fedex tracking site simply delayed so after poncing around for 30 mins online finally found a phone number for Fedex and said when can I expect delivery please as there is no update on your tracking info ? she said we have got it at the hub just dont know why it hasn't moved
probably it will arrive tomorrow Thursday !
NO NO I said I am in hospital all day Thursday for my Chemo and transfusions but any other day I will be in as I am housebound !
oh not sure if I can stop it !!! I now explode are you for real ???
finally she said I will request its delivered Friday then ......................... well on the tracking site its still saying DELAYED ? so lets see if it comes

is just to point out its really not the dealers fault at all they use these delivery company's in good faith and are let down by them occasionally no matter how big or small the company is they can still get problems
I am in no hurry at all its for my pal and he wont be going night fishing until the end of the month anyway
